Hey {{ first_name }},

Thanks again for trusting me to help with your recent loan.

When you’ve got a minute, I’d really appreciate your honest take on how everything went – what worked well and what I could tighten up for the next one. It helps me keep deals moving smoothly for you and for other investors.

The link below takes you to a short page where you can rate this last loan and, if you’re up for it, record a quick 60–90 second video about your experience. Most people are done in about 2 minutes.

As a thank‑you for recording a short video on that page, I’ll add 0.10 points off my origination fee on your next loan with us (usually worth around $400–$1,000+, depending on deal size).

That’s for sharing your real experience – it doesn’t have to be perfect or glowing.

Thanks in advance for helping me serve better.

Best,

Brett / PropFunder
